By accessing supapicks.com (the "Site") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beta Web Analysis Limited. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

The Site is operated by Beta Web Analysis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "SupaPicks", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Beta Web Analysis Limited.

All Content, design elements, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the Site are the property of Beta Web Analysis Limited or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property other than as expressly permitted in Section 6. The SupaPicks name and logo are trademarks of Beta Web Analysis Limited and may not be used without our prior written consent.

If you believe any Content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at support@supapicks.com with full details of the alleged infringement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites including bookmakers, data providers, responsible gambling organisations and other external services. These links are provided for convenience only.

We have no control over the content, privacy practices or terms of third-party sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of that site or any association between us and its operators.

We may receive referral commissions from bookmakers linked on the Site through affiliate relationships. These relationships do not influence our tip selections or editorial content. See our About page for our editorial independence policy.

Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beta Web Analysis Limited and its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Site in breach of these Terms
• Any content you submit to us
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any betting or gambling activity you undertake based on our Content

Where the Site offers account registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached or that account activity poses a risk to the Site or other users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@supapicks.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14) shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under your local law that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we will also notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
